Cute Furbabies That Vets Just Had to Take a Photo of
A Lizard Straight Jacket for the Ones Who Like to Bite
Vets don’t just care for fluffy animals, as the photo shows. Lizards, for example, are solitary creatures by nature, so when they’re being examined by a vet, they often try to bite anyone nearby. This particular lizard had to be taped to a hand towel for its x-rays. The lizard wasn't leaving without a full-body scan whether it liked it or not. No harm came to the feisty reptile, even if it wasn’t in the best mood afterward
But why take such precautions? Lizard bites can be surprising even if they are not often harmful; lizards can be erratic. Despite its mischief, the lizard received top-notch veterinary care. Vets are trained to handle all kinds of animals, from the cuddliest to the most challenging. Isn’t it amazing how they adapt to each unique patient? This little lizard left the office healthy, even if it wasn’t exactly thrilled about the process.
